Here's the subpoena the House Oversight Committee issued to Attorney General Eric Holder over "Fast and Furious."

Purely Republican grandstanding. Holder is right to downplay it.

    I have no problem whatsoever with this. Hold their feet to the fire. If there is nothing wrong then fine. If there is then penalties. If nothing else it puts legislators of all stripes on notice that their crap won't be help unaccountable.

    I especially the rumors of the Iranian Assassination plot being a cover-up for Holder to duck the subpena.

    Speaking of, who was Bush's AG that kept ducking the subpenas, Gonzo ?
