    So when will he order the mass government killings? and many will not be on death row..get what i mean?

    Roberts does not like the kind of guy that cares about making sure that there is quality representation for death row convicts from the start. As TL recent post on him reveal:
    (if) you're talking about capital punishment, it is the ultimate sanction, and sort of getting it right in most cases isn't good enough. I agree with that.
    Cassel is right to be concerned here. Roberts hedged answer was a concession not a position. His position is clearly against helping the underclass while aiding the winners. Natural Selection? Dismantle welfare while increasing giveaways to corporations? Roberts appears to believe that gods shining light should not illuminate the darkest areas of our society, and by 'darkest corners' I don' meant corporate america or the neocon conspriacy.
