"Not My President's Day" Protests

This is the first year since 2003 TalkLeft did not have a President's Day Post. Why? I don't have a President. Donald Trump doesn't deserve the title. I have yet to call him "President" and I never will. He's the man who somehow got into the oval office. In my opinion, he's nothing but a source source of embarrassment and shame. And I don't believe a word he or his staffers say.

There were protests all over America today, but the number of people protesting were nowhere near the number the numbers that protested his inauguration.

But that's America, where so many have tuned him out. I no longer watch the news or listen to cable networks in the car. I don't want to hear his name or his voice or see his orange face or absurd hairdo. It was different in London today. [More...]

In London, it's different. They are really mad he got an official state invite to visit. The crowds were out in full force protesting his visit to Great Britain. The estimated crows were 20,000. (Some with great signs, take a look.)

In related news, the UnPresident made another big faux pas in claiming there had been a terror attack in Sweden.

Mr Trump said: "You look at what's happening in Germany, you look at what's happening last night in Sweden.

"Sweden, who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They're having problems like they never thought possible. You look at what's happening in Brussels, you look at what's happening all over the world. Take a look at Nice, take a look at Paris."

He blamed the phantom attack on migrants.

The Swedish embassy wants an explanation for his claiming a phantom attack that never happened.

And now, he's blaming Fox News for his ignorance.

My statement as to what's happening in Sweden was in reference to a story that was broadcast on @FoxNews concerning immigrants & Sweden.

This is also funny -- saying IKEA has sold out of its border wall building kit, with the hashtag #LastNightinSweden. Self-assembly is required. It comes from this funny video with a response from a Swede to Trump, mocking him for his new endorsement of "America First. Sweden Second": [video gone]

I agree with this tweeter who suggested that Trump should be recognized on Fake President's Day -- Feb. 31.
